At SpeedingFile, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Business and Enterprise). If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@speedingfile.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Your order/invoice number
• A brief reason for your refund request

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Free/Starter plan users (no payment made)
• Requests submitted after 30 days of purchase
• Enterprise custom contracts (subject to individual agreement)
